User Accountability

You must provide correct information during registration. You are responsible for your login and activities under your account.

Payments

All purchases must be paid in full before access. All fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Enpee Academy or licensed sources. No part of our content may be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or uploaded elsewhere.

Results / Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, business growth or income. Growth depends on your skill, implementation and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Enpee Academy is not responsible for any business loss, financial loss or any impact from applying our training.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any legal matter will be handled only in Kerala jurisdiction.

DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Our products are digital access courses. After payment is successful, access is provided online, usually instantly or within max 24 hours.

If you cannot access after payment, contact support. We will help resolve technical issues. This does NOT qualify for refund.

PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

We collect basic personal info (name, email, phone) and usage statistics.

We use your data for:

• Providing course access

• Sending updates

• Improving our services

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We may use cookies for better user experience. You can turn them off in your browser if you want.

REFUND POLICY – STRICT NO REFUND

All purchases in Enpee.org are final.

We do not offer refund for any reason including:

• Change of mind

• Wrong course selected

• Not using the course after purchase

• Not liking the content

• Financial issues

Since access is digital and immediate, refund is not possible at all.

If there is a technical issue, we will support you to resolve access problems, but refund will NOT be provided.

False chargebacks may lead to account block + legal action.
